APPLICATIONS:

  • More quality and efficient on the process;
  • Energy consume reduction;
  • Increase the electrodes lifespan;
  • Allows weld a wider range of metal alloys;
  • More accuracy control (closed loop);
  • Phase balancing (electric network).

GENERAL FEATURES:

  • Power Source: three-phase 380V or 220V according with model;
  • Programs: 250 welding programs (with two pulses each);
  • Management: digital by DSP top generation;
  • Integration: 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs on PLC standard;
  • Control: Closed-loop control with secondary current;
  • Monitoring: Welding current and welding time;
