420 – IS-360MF MEDIUM WELDING MACHINE

The IS-360 MF, medium frequency spot welding machine from Isotron, delivers up to 35 kA with two IMF-35 inverters, two MF4 transformers, and control via IHM Plus/Automation. Integrated water cooling, safe enclosure (NR-12), and 250 configurable programs ensure productivity and repeatability in welding metal components.

The IS-360 MF was created for processes that require high energy and millimeter control. The operator fits the appropriate device, selects the program on the IHM Plus, and starts the two-handed cycle; the machine performs rapid welds, monitored in closed loop by the 1 kHz inverter.

  • Mobile disposal ramp – Segregates OK/NOK parts into bins, with wheels and articulated closure.
