433 Automatic Screw Driving Machine

The LUG high model automatic screw fastening system, developed by Isotron, performs the assembly and controlled tightening of high current terminals with precision, real-time traceability, and automatic segregation of OK/NOK parts.

The equipment was designed to operate in a fully automated manner: the operator only fills the vibrating bowls, starts the cycle on the HMI, and the system performs feeding, positioning, and screwing of the components with integrated process control.
