A better quality and efficiency in the resistance welding process!

The control system involved in resistance welding machines is fundamental to guarantee the quality of the weld. There are many variables associated with the process, the fundamental ones being: welding current, welding time and force applied to the electrodes.

The Isotron line of welding inverters was developed to provide precise control to the user, with simple and intuitive operation. The technology involved is medium / high frequency welding, with many positive differentials when compared to conventional low frequency technology, where energy saving and welding repeatability is the main feature of this product.

WHY USE MID FREQUENCY WELDING?

  • More quality and efficient on the process;

  • Allows weld a wider range of metal alloys;
  • More accuracy control (closed loop);

  • Integration: 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs on PLC standard;
