Heavy-Duty Welding Models
Rugged steel frame with electrostatic powder coating;
Guides with special bushings for accurate linear motion;
Pressure adjustment via manual regulator or proportional valve;
Optional force monitoring system;
Brass electrode holders with multi-axis adjustment for easy installation and application flexibility;
Cooling system for both electrode holders and electrodes;
Electrodes can be customized according to application;
Actuation force ranges from 1500N to 15000N, depending on the model.
Standard Models for Micro Welding
Compact structure made of cast aluminum with electrostatic powder coating;

Actuation force ranges from 50N to 1300N, depending on the model;

C-IP Model Clamp-Type Welding Heads
Compact and lightweight package, ideal for robotic cells, assembly lines, and X–Y–Z axis systems;
Pneumatic clamp actuation delivers strength and precision, ensuring process repeatability;
Quick-change electrode holders allow easy electrode interchangeability;
Electrodes can be adjusted to meet specific process requirements;
Efficient cooling system for electrodes;
Optional configurations available for force settings, clamp closure, and weld positioning (upon request);
