Welding heads

Our micro-welding models have compact structure, made of cast aluminum with electrostatic painting. They enable precise motion on linear guides and pressure adjustment by manual regulator or proportional valve.

In addition, the force monitoring is optional and available in some models.

By their turn, our models of  greater size have rugged structure made of steel, with electrostatic painting, guides with special bushings for linear and precise motion, and efficient electrode cooling system.

Pressure adjustment can be made by manual regulator or proportional valve, and the actuation force ranges from 1500N to 15000N, depending on the model. Finally, we have the model C-1P, a compact and light package, ideal for applications in robotic cells, assembly lines and X-Y-Z systems.

Provided with robust and precise pneumatic activation of the  clamps, this model enables fast change of electrodes and adjustment according to the process requirements.

Standard Micro-welding Models

  • Electrode holder made of brass with option for adjustment in all the axes to make installation easier and adapt to the application;

Clamp-type weld heads

C-IP Model

  • Compact and light package, ideal for applications of robotic cells, assembly lines/X-Y-Z systems
  • Robust and precise pneumatic activation of the clamps, assuring process repeatability;
  • Electrode interchangeability by the electrode holder with quick change;
  • Enables adjustment of the electrodes according to the process requirements;
  • Efficient cooling system for the electrodes;
  • Options for force settings, clamp closing and weld positions (upon consultation);
