Thermic Activation Test

Equipment to execute required testing in norm, about calibration and verification of circuit breakers of thermic activation.

  • Manual or automated stations;
  • Individual or multiple stations;
  • Precision controls (closed loop) for application and acquisition of electrical current (DC);
  • Impedance monitoring;
  • Current supply with capacity up to 300 Amperes;
  • Accuracy < 1%;
  • All the part of power generation is electronic, not using transformers taps or variacs;
  • Test reports generation and data storage for future verification;
  • Standard Hardware and software solution, besides of controlling involved variables also control mechanical station’s automation;
  •  Possibility of customization, including the usage of commercial PLC and HMI, when is appropriate.

Magnetic Activation Test

Equipment to execute required testing in norm, about calibration and verification of circuit breakers of magnetic activation.

  • Manual or automated stations;
  • Individual or multiple stations;
  • Precision controls (closed loop) for application and acquisition of electrical current (AC);
  • Impedance monitoring;
  • Current sources with capacity up to 4000 Amperes;
  • Accuracy < 3%;
  • All the part of power generation is electronic, not using transformers taps or variacs;
  • Test reports generation and data storage for future verification;
  • Standard Hardware and software solution, besides of controlling involved variables also control mechanical station’s automation;

Dielectrically Test

Equipment to execute required testing in norm, about verification of insulation through high voltage in the breakers pole circuit.

  • Manual or automated stations;
  • Individual or multiple stations;
  • Use of commercial HI-POT, defined by customer;
  • Custom Supervisory Software;
