Isotron develops equipment for many testers in automotive components, such as connectors and special harness, brush holders, control modules, and more that have electronics embed. The testes can be applied on partial or final assembling product (EOL – End of Line) and many times are integrated with others equipment, as welding, general manipulators and marking laser.

Between the possible tests:

  • Voltage drop;
  • Current’s (AC/DC) control and acquisition;
  • Impedance monitoring;
  • Capacitance monitoring;
  • Inductance monitoring;
  • Varistor stress test;
  • Continuity and polarity inversion on harness;
  • Displacement control / Force monitoring;
  • Present and missed components, by vision system and correlation;
